Throughout the year your can order our meat, milk, and/or gift items by calling our
order "hotline" at 573-762-3217
or by sending an
email to us at orders@greenwoodfarms.com.
Please make sure the subject of your email is "Greenwood Farms Order."
Then you can pick up your order in the parking lot of Atkinson Dental Clinic,
1491 East 10th Street in Rolla, on Tuesday evenings at 5:30.
Orders must be placed by 6 PM on Sunday evenings.

| From May 10th through
October, we will attend the Tower Grove Farmer's Market in St. Louis
every Saturday from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Initially, we will be selling
our wonderful beef, pork, lamb, and chicken and later in the summer, we
will also be licensed to sell our delicious raw milk at the market as
well. Come and browse our selection of pasture-raised meats or call

Although the Farmer's Market season has begun, we will still be making our weekly Sunday delivery to the Edward Jones YMCA on Marine Avenue (near Westport Plaza). The delivery will be at 1:30PM. Call ahead to place your order for meats and/or raw milk and we will arrive at the YMCA with your order packed and ready to go. If you live in the state of Missouri, we do make deliveries, depending on the size of your order. Many of our customers get together with friends and family to place a large enough order for us to deliver. Please call us at 573-762-3217 or email us at orders@greenwoodfarms.com

SHIPPING
At this time, we do not ship our meat products. Because we are still a relatively small business, located in a very rural area, we do not have access to the dry ice and shipping cartons necessary to make shipping a successful venture. Please check back with us, though, as we are always looking for economical ways to make shipping a reality. We'll post all the details here on the website if and when we can make this happen.

RETURNS & CANCELLED ORDERS:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased (except perishable food items), you may return them to GREENWOOD FARMS for a full refund or replacement item of the same price. All returns must be accompanied by your receipt and the Return Item Form sent with your order.
Food purchases are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with our meats because of a packaging or delivery problem we will investigate and offer you a duplicate order if a problem with our packaging or delivery protocol is discovered.
Orders may be cancelled by phone up 24 hours after your order is made. Cancellation charges may apply.
