Once we receive payment**, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery and will arrive 3-7 days after shipping.
**Please note: All orders paid for by personal check will be held until your check clears our bank. All checks MUST include your date of birth and social security/driver's license number. There will be a $25 charge for insufficient funds checks. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but past experience has taught us this is the best way to avoid problems.
GREENWOOD FARMS BEEF, PORK, LAMB & CHICKEN:At this time, we do not ship our meat products. Because we are still a relatively small business, located in a very rural area, we do not have access to the dry ice and shipping cartons necessary to make shipping a successful venture. Please check back with us, though, as we are always looking for economical ways to make shipping a reality. We'll post all the details here on the website if and when we can make this happen.
RETURNS & CANCELLED ORDERS:If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased (except perishable food items), you may return them to GREENWOOD FARMS for a full refund or replacement item of the same price. All returns must be accompanied by your receipt and the Return Item Form sent with your order.
Food purchases are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with our meats because of a packaging or delivery problem we will investigate and offer you a duplicate order if a problem with our packaging or delivery protocol is discovered.
Orders may be cancelled by phone up 24 hours after your order is made. Cancellation charges may apply.
